PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) is a program designed for individuals who have little to no experience with scuba diving but would like to try it out. The program typically involves a brief lesson on scuba diving basics, followed by a supervised dive in shallow water with an instructor.
During the program, you’ll learn about the basic diving principles, safety guidelines, and how to use scuba equipment. You’ll also have the opportunity to practice some basic skills in shallow water before going on a supervised dive to a maximum depth of 12mtrs.
The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program is a great way to get a taste of scuba diving before committing to a full certification course. If you enjoy the experience, you can continue your scuba diving education with the PADI Open Water Diver certification course.
